Born and raised in Ohio, he first fell in love with Billy Joel’s music in high school after smuggling his parents’ The Complete Hits 4-CD set out of the house, and listening to them in his car with his best friend. Since then, Ian has traveled to over 50 countries and two dozen states as a full-time professional singer and pianist. Billy’s songbook has been a constant presence in each phase of his career: he spent eight years entertaining on luxury cruise ships after auditioning with “New York State of Mind,” his headline concert Ten Grand begins with “My Life,” and as a dueling pianist, he loves to close out a show with “Piano Man.” He now owns Queen City Keys, a live music and entertainment business, with his wife Eva, in Charlotte, North Carolina. Ian looks forward to sharing the incredible songs and stories in Billy Joel Legacy with audiences across the country – fronting this show is truly a dream come true.

Spencer Stanley

Vocals & Keys

Spencer Stanley is ecstatic to be playing his favorite artist's music with this talented group. He is a graduate of The College-Conservatory of Music; having studied musical theater with a concentration in Composition and Music Direction. He has been recognized as both a composer and actor; as finalist for Taylor Louderman's, "Write Out Loud" contest, and recipient of a Berkshire Theater Critics Association Award for his performance as Nicely-Nicely Johnson. He'd like to thank his family, friends, and the man above for their unconditional love and support.

Collin Keller

Guitar / Touring Music Director

Born at a young age, Collin Keller is a guitarist, producer, songwriter, and artist from the heart of the Colorado Rocky Mountains, now based in Los Angeles. He has toured internationally and performed on major festival stages, serving as Music Director for The Life and Music of George Michael and Dirty Dancing in Concert, as well as guitarist for The Simon and Garfunkel Story and Music Supervisor for The Carpenters Songbook and The Billy Joel Legacy.

As a producer, songwriter, and artist, Keller has collaborated with both major-label and independent artists, with his work amassing more than 300 million streams worldwide.

Harry Foster

Bass

Born into a musical family in San Diego, music is all Harry has ever known. From local DIY shows to global arena tours, he’s been a touring musician since his teenage years, performing across a wide range of styles, sounds, and scenes. Now living in Los Angeles, he continues to collaborate with a diverse roster of musicians and artists.

Danny Huerta

Drums

From Whittier, California, Danny Huerta grew up playing classic rock and prog rock such as Santana, Led Zeppelin and Rush. He recently graduated from Berklee College of Music, where he was immersed in all kinds of music and players from around the world, and is now breaking into the LA music scene playing a variety of music from pop to jazz to RnB. He is extremely excited to be able to pay tribute to the music of Billy Joel with this amazing band. 

Gideon Temple

Backup Keys

Gideon Temple is a composer, writer, music director/pianist, and award-winning filmmaker who works with his family of creatives. His first musical comedy, You’re the Worst!, was produced at Pittsburgh Musical Theater in 2021. His original musical, Star Machine, had its collegiate premiere at Playhouse Square with Baldwin Wallace Music Theater this past April. In August, the family writing team released a six-song Star Machine EP on all streaming platforms under the artist name Temple Brothers. Next summer, Star Machine will have its professional regional premiere. He's played and conducted Off-Broadway and at regional theaters all over the country. Gideon is a proud member of ASCAP, and holds a bachelor’s degree in music theater music direction from Baldwin Wallace Conservatory. Thanks to Ben and Collin. Love to Hank, Hollee, John and Syd.
